    I started one w my daughter and we lasted two weeks. Its realy challenging but I intend to try it again. It was very cleansing.

    I've just started the whole 30 today! Tried it last year and only made it halfway through as pregnancy cravings kicked in and cheesecake is most definitely not whole 30 compliant!!
