    wai so many squats- 300 seems like an excessive amount?!? you're looking at a repetitive use injury with that kind of rep range.

    It is a lot. Just kind of followed the pattern a bit.Think I'll hit 250 (end) and think about what to do.

    Even doing 300 I'd break it up like 12 sets of 25 reps. So it isn't that bad... Really don't want to think of that amount atm

    its way More effective to squat with weights...and not on consecutive days :-)

    Right?!!

    If you can squat three days in a row, or if you can do 200 squats per day, then you're not doing them right
