Just wanted to stop in and introduce myself to everybody. My name is Rhi and I'm trying to make a big change in my fitness level and diet. I want to make this life-change I've heard so much about and am working on being more active and eating smaller portions, but its not easy seeing how i grew up eating ginormous bowls of pasta for almost every meal and all there is to do where I live is go out to dinner. lol. I'm so glad my friend (monicainacoma on here) told me about this site; it looks like it'll be a big help in staying on track. If anyone would would like to add me as a friend on here I am always interested in making new ones :)

    Hello Lstrhi, You are on a new track and it is the good one! You will see changes as you cut down on portions and exercise more. I just joined a group exercise that I love, When I go to the gym, everyone there gets on a machine and we all do a cardio workout for 30 min and a wt lifting workout for 30 minutes as a group.     I go to a cardio kickboxing class every saturday but i'm going to start adding more workouts and such. Thanks for the well-wishes :)
