Time to lose the pooch

I'm very fit and healthy, but I cannot lose this damned pooch! I do plenty of cardio, strength training, and abdominal work, and the rest of my body is pretty toned. People have suggested that it's because of having a swayed back and scoliosis, but really, it's fat. No way around the facts ; ) Any suggestions or tips to target the tummy?

One word....Pilates!!! I just started doing a DVD and have been pleasantly surprised at how sore my tummy has been as a result - which I take as a good sign!

These threads always make me laugh because in the UK, a pooch is a small dog, and the thing you have on your tummy is a pouch - but only after having children. Also known as babyspace and Mummy tummy. I have it. I hate it. I don't have a pooch, though. Only cats.

Oh and make sure it's the kind that uses the little ball - oh yeah....that'll work that pooch!
