This thread is for us to post our miles to be talled up and posted on the main challenge thread every sun, mon, wed, and fri per amelia's request. If you could give your totals for June so far (even if you've posted on the challenge board already) that would be great.



My totals are:

    Awesome idea!

    My miles:
    6/1: 4 miles
    6/2: 5.6 miles
    6/4: 3 miles
    6/5: 3 miles

    Just to clarify, they don't allow biking miles when we do the team challenges because it would give some teams an unfair advantage. I, however, am a triathlete so a lot of my miles are biking and since that is my weakest area of swim/bike/run right now, a lot of my miles overall are biking. I challenged myself to 80 miles in my signature, but I only include swim/bike/run in my personal challenge. In the June Miles Challenge with you guys, I count walking and elliptical miles too. So that is why my numbers here will not match my signature most of the time.

    That said, let's go Sole Sisters!!!

    This has been a very busy week so I wasnt able to get alot of miles in. I'll try to get in more miles this week.

    6/1, Wed: 4.45
    6/2, Thurs: 1.66

    Hey Sole Sisters!

    FYI: I'll be traveling for the next couple of days. So, I'll be back Sunday. Not sure if I'll be able get in any miles. I know Ive been slacking but my sched has been hectic. I will up my mileage when I get back next week. Have a Great Weekend!

    Have a great trip LoveMe!

    My miles for Thurs & Friday: 6.33

    Just swimming and walking so not the fastest way to build miles, resting my legs for my triathlon tomorrow! Can't count the longest portion of the tri (bike) but the swim and run in addition to warm-up run will add some miles. I am also going camping this weekend so I will be hiking several miles as well =)

    Hello Team:

    I got 3.23 miles in today.

    I did not work out the last few days. I am gluten intolerent and accidently ate gluten Tue night so I felt exhausted Wed & Thur. I felt better today so I went for a walk. I going to try to increase my miles because I need to burn more calories and get in better shape.

    I'm not sure what happened to zaidasky, she hasn't check in for the past 6 days.

    Good luck on your tri bstamps and have fun camping.

    I hope you had a good trip loveme.

    Good Job Ladies!! I apologize for not contributing to the miles . I usually get in at least 20 miles a week but Im struggling right now. I had to make up 2 days of Insanity so Im not sure if I'll get in any miles today. Im going to make sure I get in miles tomorrow.

    Total Miles for June: 23.27 Miles

    Did 3.25 miles Sat but I didnt get a chance to log them.
    WOW, Ive been doing horrible. Im in a 100 mile Challenge and Im no where near that. I have 11 days left, that means I have to get in an avg of 7 miles a day to reach the goal. So, Im going to get some miles in today, I'll post later.

    Loveme: Yeah, you haven't gotten that many miles in, but you are doing Insanity too, so don't absolutely kill yourself!

    My miles for today: 3.00

    I've had a rest day and strength training the past two days so no miles there, lots of miles tomorrow!

    My computer is broken so I haven't been able to log in much.

    The strangest thing happened. About a week and a half ago I started getting blisters and my feet were hurting. I didn't know why, I thought my shoes were good and they were the same one as my previous pair that I really loved. After my walk Monday I thought that my shoes felt a little big, then I thought that was crazy because I have only lost 7lbs and I have been a size 8 for the last 20 years. Last night I bought a size 7.5 and they fit great. So maybe I will be able to walk more.

    Hey Ladies, I see we're up to 138 miles. I think we can make it to 200 miles by the end of the month. Thats an avg of 20 miles each to reach that goal (didnt add zaidasky, havent heard from her in awhile:cry: ).

    Are you ladies willing to take that challenge? WE CAN DO IT!! :smile:
