ANYONE EVER TRIED TONALIN

I PICKED UP SOME TONALIN AND ACIDOPHILUS TODAY HOPING IT WOULD HELP ME. JUST CURIOUS IF ANYONE ELSE HAS TAKEN EITHER OF THESE SUPPLEMENTS?

    Yes. The acidolp..yeah that one will help with giving your tummy back it's natural enzymes for digestion. I wouldn't expect to lose weight but maybe it will help break it all down. Now the CLA or Tonalin says it prevents some absorbtion of fat. I think that works, have I lost lots of pounds with it no but I think every little bit helps
