Hey, my name is page! I just started my weight loss journey today! Threw out all the sweets, sodas & tea. No more fast foods for this gal! Starting to watch my calorie intake and walking more & also doing crunches, lunges & push-ups, can't wait to see where this takes me :-)

    Remember, you can eat a little bit of every thing you love - just in moderation. Don't deprive yourself, this is a lifestyle change so needs to be realistic and needs to work around you! Good luck and well done!
