I've been on a calorie deficit for the last month and watching my macros, Working out every day and I don't see any results. 40 year old and frustrated.
I just want to quit it all.

I think you should step back and work out five days a week. Experts say you only need five work outs a week, and lifer work outs are more beneficial than many short ones. Also! I hit a plateau as well, it seems like the only thing that helps me out of it is tacking on more cardio to my work outs.

If you're not losing weight there's either a medical reason or you're not in a deficit. Watching your macros or being precise? You need to be precise - I know I do - when I guestimate my weight doesn't move, I literally weigh every gram of food that passes my lips, even lettuce! Also, what sort of exercise are you doing? Are you getting enough sleep? Are you having water?

:) thank you for the responses. I do drink a lot of water but I'm guestimating when I cook recipes. I'll start weighing food and I'll cut back 5 days work out. I'm a hard head when trying new things. Thanks again

Guesstimating is a huge no no! You could be eating hundreds of extra calorie in condiments, spreads, marinades, sauces or fat/oil that food absorbs during cooking. Plus with everything else it very easy to go over a recommended portion.
