Hi i am new to this program and i would like to have some support . i had lap band surgery about 4yrs ago and i lost 60lbs now i have gained 25lbs and i fell myself growing everyday. i need all the help i can get and i need friends , i need help me get back on track i am a school bus driver and 3.00pm i fell like i need something to snack on can someone help me with some healthy snacks . thank you soooo much.:sad: :brokenheart: :frown:

    Hi,
    You have taken the first step which is the most important step in your journey. I am also a snacker but instead of snacking on cookies and candy, I choose fruit like grapes or pineapple chunks. You can also try applesauce, gogurts and if u want protein you can try nuts. Good luck and if you want you can add me as a friend.

    nuts (I love almonds), fruit (grapes are easy and usually readily available year round), granola, yogurt, string cheese, sugar free pudding cups....
