I was wondering if anyone had opinions on these. I used to be a hardcore EAS fan but today came across the Hydroxycut shakes and now I wonder which one I should keep buying in the future. The only 2 major differences I see is that EAS has soy protein while hydroxycut is mostly whey, and also hydroxycut has coffee extract in it (plus some minor vitamin and mineral differences). Any opinions/thoughts are appreciated.

Whey is a better protein so If it were me I wouldn't go with the soy...

HydroxyCut supplements have been found to cause organ damage. I realize that doesn't mean their shakes will have the same effect, but it's hard for me to trust a company/system that would allow this to happen in one of their products.

That being said, I do like the taste of EAS shakes, but I drink them sparingly. I actually didn't realize they were soy protein, so it's a good thing I don't drink them but every so often.
