Weight does not change good or bad food

so I was eating clean and weight did not change. Last week i ate like crap, including tons of carbs, soda, brownies, cookies, and weight did not change.
The past two weekends I have been doing lots of work on a new patio and during the week my p90x as always. This is a different workout then the past.
So, I will admit the past week was my screw the diet part, (not the exercise part.) and to see if I would gain weight. Nope
I was good with removing the junk when I was losing, but now I don't see the point.
How do I convince my body it is ok to dump the extra weight? I check for inches lost couple times a week and nothing.
Eating clean was lots of protein, low carbs, net 1800. I am still pushing 23+ body fat. 68 inches, 212 current,
I was told I was eating too little for awhile and increased net 1000 to the 1800 level.

I just did a really quick browse back a few weeks in your diary. Try reducing the amount of sodium and carbs each day. Especially the sodium since I see that is off the charts. However, if every day were like Saturday May 21, 2011 in your diary, I think you would be dropping in no time. That is just my unprofessional opinion though.

You're either underestimating your calorie intake or overestimating your exercise calorie burn.
Do you use a digital food scale to measure everything? Do you log everything you eat, drink and use to cook with? Do you wear a quality heart rate monitor to accurately log the calories burned from exercise? Are your settings correct (activity/lifestyle)?0 -

I do watch sodium, but high protein of 200g+ and low sodium don't mix.0
