I have a weakness for a whole wheat toast sandwich made of 1 low-fat cheese slice and a little bit of non-hydrogenated margarine. :embarassed:

It's frickin' delicious, OK!?

Unless you have a wheat or lactose intolerance or allergy, there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. Whole wheat is a great way to get your b vitamins, and low-fat dairy is one of the best ways to get your calcium. So if you like having your guilty pleasure, that's great. But you can skip the guilt :)

I know it's not one thing, but coffee and chocolate. I take my coffee black and my chocolate dark, though.

Have you ever tried switching to diet soda? I know the taste isn't exactly the same, but you can enjoy it without having to worry about calories.

Cheese. Even though after my gall bladder removal surgery last year it messes with me. I know TMI! I deliberately go to the grocery store and buy specialist cheese because I love them!

I have found some awesome "diet" sodas with Stevia in them. They taste like regular sodas to me.

    Holdonaminute.

Since when did organic butter, cheese, and full fat dairy become "unclean" ???

Those are, IMO, foods in a whole, natural state. They have higher caloric density is all.

Carbs & sweets (nothing inparticular). I have a 90/10 rule....Okay, so sometimes it's more like 80/20....but I think as long as you're eating *mainly* healthy foods, it's all good
