Let's see, the basics.
I'm a thirty eight year old mother to one teenage girl. I'm five foot three and currently weigh 144 pounds. I started at146 two weeks ago and went up 150 almost as soon as I started walking/jogging but the scale is finally starting to go in the right direction.
Now for some details, I'm a recovering alcoholic with almost ninety days sober, I say this because addiction brings insane cravings for sugar and I am a smoker. Ironic considering I like to run. I plan on focusing on my smoking habit at some point but have been advised to only work on one addiction at a time so it stays until I feel a little more comfortable with sobriety.
My goal is to get down to135, and feeding myself in a more healthy manner. I'd like to go a bit lower eventually to counteract the add pounds that come with quitting smoking when I'm ready.
Looking for motivation, support, and friendly advice on here. Add me, I'd welcome the friendship.
