I do Bodypump often and I can never remember how many reps of each exercise there is in an hour class. How do I enter bodypump in as a work out or does anyone know how many reps so I can enter it in?

There is a handy calorie calculator here in MFP http://www.myfitnesspal.com/exercise/calories-burned/les-mills-bodypump-23059328. I put in Body Pump for 45 mins, says i burned about 350 Cal. Calculates the calorie burn based on your current weight.0

In love BP and I use a heart rate monitor for all my workouts I burn about 600- 750 calories in one class, but that is very personal.. It depends on your weight, age etc.0

If you go to log your cardio in MFP and type in les mills... body pump will pop up.. it's a good base line to get a good estimation of how many calories body pump rocks!!!0

Bodypump is awesome. The only thing that I will get dressed for on a Sunday!0

Thank you everyone for the tips! I'm going to start using this My Fitness Pal more often and try to enter both diet and exercise. I do Bodypump a lot just haven't been logging it in the exercise journal.0
