    I have fallen off the wagon with my nutrition lately. Put 5 lbs back on. I workout regularly but struggle with nutrition so I'm going back to what works. MFP! Feel free to add me if you'd like.

    It would be nice just to have that support I put on 3 stone in a year due to bad experiences I've shaken off a stone but now I'm barely shifting pounds so could use some inspiration
