I need to learn simple easy excesses that I can do with a heart condition. I loose my breath easily, so I need to go slower than most at first. Help please. Thanks.

    Did you ask your doctor?

Walking is the best. You can start out just going short distances, then increase them every day or two. If you feel yourself losing your breath (as I often do), then just stop and rest. Good luck to you!

I agree that walking is the easiest way to build up your endurance. I have had clients who just start off by walking to the front fence each day- then they increase their laps throughout the day. Ie one lap in the morning and one lap in the afternoon; until you can do more. Every little bit is better than doing nothing.

If you have a heart condition I would speak to your doctor/cardiologists first.

But like others said walking is a good start.

There are chair exercises, I believe they involve moving about while seated or using a chair. Might be good to start off with. I think you can just google chair exercises.
