I need to learn simple easy excesses that I can do with a heart condition. I loose my breath easily, so I need to go slower than most at first. Help please. Thanks.

Did you ask your doctor?0 -
Walking is the best. You can start out just going short distances, then increase them every day or two. If you feel yourself losing your breath (as I often do), then just stop and rest. Good luck to you!0

I agree that walking is the easiest way to build up your endurance. I have had clients who just start off by walking to the front fence each day- then they increase their laps throughout the day. Ie one lap in the morning and one lap in the afternoon; until you can do more. Every little bit is better than doing nothing.0

If you have a heart condition I would speak to your doctor/cardiologists first.
But like others said walking is a good start.
There are chair exercises, I believe they involve moving about while seated or using a chair. Might be good to start off with. I think you can just google chair exercises.0
