Tracking foods you eat.

I just started tracking the foods I eat every day on September 12th, 2015. I really am not watching what I eat and Boy Am I Surprised ! Taking one day at a time is going to be my goal and start paying attention to what I put in my mouth. Getting an idea of the foods and amounts that pass over these lips made me realize; I cannot keep doing this and still live to watch my grand children grow up. Thursday September 17th is my oldest granddaughters birthday and what better day to really get serious about eating healthy once again.

It is eye opening, isn't it? I think almost all of us were surprised by how much we were eating. Knowledge is power.
Happy Birthday to your granddaughter!0 -
What's eye opening to me is how many calories my snacks are!0

Well done with the tracking!
When you get to grips with tracking every day, I strongly suggest weighing your food before eating it and adjusting the weight of your entry. The calorie difference will amaze you. I used to under estimate my calories by so much each day without my scales!
