HELP! flabby arms and lower abs

Hi everyone.. i am new here... i was thinking if i could ask some advise on how to tackle those two parts mentioned... thats my biggest problem till now....

    Sadly, you can't target where the fat comes off. Just keep on eating at a deficit.

    You can also work on making the muscles under the fat more developed, by doing weighted exercises that target those muscles (push ups, pull ups and crunches are good body weight exercises for most of the upper body and core). These won't reduce the fat over the muscles, but can make the muscles underneath more noticable.

    I agree with the advice given, btw. Don't be afraid to use heavy weight, either, if you are still out there lurking, poor deleted f-word girl :D

    Feel free to add ☺️ I need tips on foods that keep me full through out the day. I always get stuck on high calorie snacks.

    I would advice you on rows, pull down machines, and chest press! If you want to work under arms use a pulling motion-versus if you want to work upper arms use a pushing motion
