When I normally go to the gym I do the same thing over and over and spend no more than 2 hrs there. I guess you can say, I focus more on cardio. I do the treadmill for 15 minutes (warm-up), elliptical for 30 minutes, and the 30 minute workout room. 15 minute bike is my last workout...I go to planet fitness. I think my body is getting used to this & it is feeling to basic. Can anyone help me with a routine. Need help changing it up.

Feel free to add ☺️ I need tips on foods that keep me full through out the day. I always get stuck on high calorie snacks.
I'm a powerlifter so I stick to the three main components 1) deadlift 2) squat and 3) bench. Don't forget to lift! It will tone you!

Cardio is definitely good. When I go to the gym I only spend like an hour there. One big thing is weightlifting. Now I myself don't lift free weights because I don't have proper training but will have it in a little bit. But anyways, use machine weights for weight lifting. I love doing exercises on the leg press and I mean, you could really push yourself to achieve higher weights every time you go. Also for the cardio, maybe the reason you're not feeling the burn is maybe you don't have enough intensity in your workout. Look up high intensity interval training and incorporate it into your workout.
