Late night craving

This is really hard idk what to do. Craving the cake in my refrigarator I wish I just wouldn't think about it

  Girl I thought it was just me.
  I have the same problem seems like it calls my name . Wakes me up outta my sleep.
  So for the last 3 days I've done good. Just getting started
