what time do you eat breakfast, lunch and dinner

I eat breakfast at 8am, lunch at 12 and dinner at 5-6pm. My dinner is always the biggest meal of the day.

What do other people do? :)

    Breakfast 5:30, Snack 9:30, Lunch 12:30-1pm, Snack 4-4:30, Dinner 8-8:30

    My 3 main meals are about even in calories.

    I eat breakfast at 9am, lunch at 1pm and dinner is around 7pm. I try to go to bed at 10pm so that still gives me plenty of time to eat my snacks and my fruits.

    Breakfast 7.30am

    Small lunch 1: 10am-12am (If I want it, I often don't have it). This is when I am out and on the go walking so I either get very hungry or not hungry at all. I allow the space for the meal though.

    Small lunch 2: (12am - 4pm (This is when I am most hungry and am liable to snack, particularly after 3.30pm when I am making a snack for my kids!)

    Dinner: 6pm at the earliest. No later than 7pm.

    If I exercise in the evening I might eat something afterwards, a couple of biscuits, a yogurt, or perhaps some cocoa.

    7 am breakfast, 10 am snack, 12-1 pm lunch, 3 pm snack, 6 pm supper.

    Breakfast around 8:00, lunch usually 12:30 and dinner usually around 7:00 - 7:30 after we have been to the gym. I do try to have a snack around 10:00 and sometimes in the afternoon too.

    breakfast around 10.30 -11am...I can't eat for at least 3 hours after I get up

    Lunch around 2 - 3pm

    Dinner around 6 - 7pm

    Supper/snack around 10pm

    For me Breakfast is at 8am during the week and 9am at weekends. Lunch is always at 12 and dinner ranges from 5pm - 6.30pm. I sometimes have a snack at 9-10pm if i have calories left and am peckish :)

    My schedule isn't the same from day to day so my meal times change. I try to have breakfast within an hour after I wake up or I will literally forget to eat, but that can be anywhere from 5-10 a.m. Lunch might anywhere from 12-3 p.m., and dinner somewhere between 6-10 p.m.

    your biggest meal should ideally be at breakfast or lunch and have an early evening snack as your body needs time to digest, i always find if i eat a 'heavy' dinner i'm so full i can't sleep.

    Breakfast : 7:30 am - 9:30am
    Lunch: 12 noon - 2pm
    dinner: 6pm - 8pm (depending on when my husband gets home) sometimes i try to eat a big lunch an then i won't need dinner at all or i just have something light. I usually go to the gym after work at 5pm and sometimes i can be there till 7pm so it really depends on that.

    it depends what time i have classes. at the earliest i have to eat breakfast at 6, snack at 11, lunch at 1, snack at 4, dinner at 7 and snacks at 9. if i have late classes or a day off, i have breakfast at 8-9 when i wake up.

    Pre-run snack - 6.30am (although at the moment I'm experimenting with not having one, due to early morning nausea)
    Post-run breakfast - 8.15-8.30 (I run at 7.30am)
    Morning snack - around 11-11.30am
    Lunch - any time between 12 and 3pm...depends how busy I am
    Afternoon snack - 4pm (I am usually overcome with tiredness at this time, I guess it's a dip in blood sugar levels)
    Dinner - around 8-9pm, sometimes later (I think I am genetically pre-disposed to eating late...Italians rarely eat dinner before 8pm!)

    Dinner is usually my largest meal....and before anyone asks, eating late has absolutely no effect on my weight loss, even when it's pasta!

    Breakfast: 8:30 (normally around 300 - 400 calories)

    Lunch: 13:00 (normally around 200-500 calories)

    Dinner: 19:00 (normally 400-500 calories)

    I don't tend to snack.

    I have absolutely no routine. I eat breakfast anywhere from 7-10am i eat lunch usually between 12 and 1-30 but i skip it if i've had breakfast later than 10 which does happpen sometime. Dinner is even worse I eat anytime between 5pm till 10pm depending on if i'm hungry at 5 and what time the kids settle as if i don't eat with them at 5 then i can't eat till they settle but if i eat with them then i'm usually hungry by 10 anyway and i've yet to discover the prefect snack.

    Breakfast: 6:45 am
    Lunch: 12 pm
    Dinner: 6:30 pm

    If I snack it is in the morning and will be a yogurt or piece of fruit. Dinner is my biggest meal of the day. This is my weekday schedule while working, provided I am not traveling. Weekends aren't as scheduled (e.g., eat when I wake up whenever that may be).

    On WORK days:

    bfast 7:30
    lunch 12
    dinner 6:30
    usually with a snack in between all meals

    On the weekend, whenever my lazy butt gets up, that usually means I don't eat breakfast, lol
  • First meal at noon, second meal around 5-6pm.

    Afternoons
    Breakfast 10:30-11:00 - Post workout Snack 12:00 - lunch - 01:30-02:00 snack 4:30-05:00 - Dinner 7:00-7:30 - Snack 09:00-09:30
