I'm Cherise from Michigan I'll be 20 in December and I weight 252 lbs. I've been over weight most of my life and its time to make a change. I wanna know if anyone have any tips on dieting because I struggle with only eatinf healthy.

Healthy eating and dieting are not at all the same.
All you need to do to lose weight is eat less. You can eat whatever junk you like, as long as you eat less! Liberating, really.
Truthfully most of us get hooked on also eating better, because if you just eat junk it's so much less that it is a bit hard to take, but still, it is possible.
I have a post on my philosophy of weight loss that if you can work through it will help you see what it takes for you to lose and also how I like to track.
