Chocolate cravings?

Hi, If people have chocolate cravings it is highly likely to be because they are lacking in Magnesium. I used to crave chocolate a lot especially before and during my period and couldn't just have a small piece it would need to be the whole bar lol but I've found since I've been taking magnesium supplements that the cravings have all but vanished. Magnesium Glycinate or Magnesium Citrate is best as the others aren't absorbed as well.

For anyone who prefers to get magnesium from a food source cacao nibs are fantastic. They are pieces of the cacao bean, which is what chocolate is made from. They are low calorie and sugar free. They are dense in antioxidants and magnesium and theobromine, which will give you the same gratification as eating chocolate and boost your mood. I like them by themselves or in a trail mix, but they are very versatile. They are nature's chocolate chip lol.

I'm happy to be now eating (small amounts of high quality) chocolate because I like it, not because I CRAVE it.
Here's something on the different types of magnesium: https://drnibber.com/understanding-different-types-of-magnesium/
And on chocolate cravings & magnesium deficiency: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-2721369/What-choccy-cravings-trying-tell-not-mention-yearning-cheese-meat-rice.html0 -
