Hello everyone. Ed here. Would love to lose 1 stone by Christmas. Hard work but achievable. Love road cycling as a hobby. Living in Southern England so say Hi whoever you are and if near Guildford even better. Keep smiling and we can do this together.

    I'm in So. California and do some bike riding myself. The weather is always better in the south. Am I right?

    Hi Liz, well I wish I was in So. California. Sadly England is not quite the same and the weather is not great for cycling with the incoming winter. Hope you are having fun on MFP. Keep smiling and great to be friends. You inspire me so thanks very much. Ed
