What are you doing for yourself today?

Happy Monday!!! What are you going to do for you today? I am going to the gym for some circuit training and cardio and then a run tonight. I will also be making healthy food choices. I try to plan out my meals, so there is less temptation to stray. Also, I want to go to Bath and Body (there's a sale) and treat myself to some smell good stuff. :wink:

Mondays are hard to get yourself kick started for the week. So, come on, and do something for you! Go out and kick some *kitten*!!! :glasses:

    Copious amounts of revision for my exams :( BUT buying new jeans tomorrow as my old ones are far too big :D

    I'm about to put on Turbo Fire and burn off some of this frustration I have instead of feeding my face! I need CJ to help me work through this crap.

    I'm going to work as hard as possible to avoid temptations at the kitchen at school today, and stick to my meal plan. I also want to go out for a nice and easy bike-ride after I get home, but I'm worried that the motivation will be lacking. Oops, well now that I've said it, I guess I'm accountable!!

    I'm stuck behind my desk at work all day as usual! But when I finish at 4.30pm I'm having to walk to the train station to catch the train and then walk from the station to home which makes a change as I usually drive to work but hubby has my car today!
    When I get home I will probably do at least 30 mins on the Wii and then make myself a lovely chicken salad for dinner, I might even treat myself to a cheeky glass of zin :happy:

    I am going to Jazzercise this morning and since my hubby is out of town I will be taking the kids with me to go to 2 Jazzercise classes tonight. Getting Monday off right sets the tone for the whole week. This week I plan to add weights (other than the 20 min jazzercise portion) to my routine to keep the muscle from depleting and am hoping it will help my hips and thighs. I just want to get to my goal weight and normalize. Only 17 lbs more to go!!!
