    Feel free to add me. I am 5'4" and 131. I want to get back down around 120. I just look better at that weight. I gained quite a bit after my 4th child.

    All you ladies inspire me! Although you are not happy where you are I am determined to get where you are right now. My goal is to return to my boot camp weight of 156 if possible. Right now I am very far from there. I have to lose a person but I am determine. Stay motivated ladies and good luck!
    BTW, I am also 5' 4"
