Getting started again

I have miraculously ( maybe not so much) managed to gain a lot of weight! My BMI is soon crossing 25! I try to do this but end up deleting and going back to my same old destructive habits. I am also LAZY when it comes to exercising. I need motivation and support to go through this . I should mention that I eat lots of chocolate. Thanks

Only you can decide to make the changes you need to make. Since you are aware of your "bad" habits, I think you are also aware of what you need to do different!
now is the time...before your BMI continues to climb!
I eat chocolate almost every day...a small amount but just enough to keep the cravings at bay!

Your diet will matter more than any exercise ever will if your goal is losing weight. Be meticulous about knowing and tracking your calories and making sure to eat at a safe deficit.0
