Me here . Im 7 weeks pregnant. Fitness addict.
I've been very very tired and gone from weight lifting to doing body weight. Walking and doing squats, lunges etc. Just up your reps and lower your weights. Check with doc what is ok for you. If you've been active then carry on its good for you. I also YouTube yoga for pregnancy and hiit for pregnancy.
Eat often but healthy and do something as often as you can. 2nd trimester you will have more energy so you can get back in to more.

Good for you pregnant ladies! My healthiest was with my third child, after a year of cycling and spin classes, I kept up and did spinning until I was 7 months and kiddo kicked me in the kidneys. I decided I was done then. ;)

I wish I had kept up my fitness so i wouldn't be where I am now.

Hi! I'm 20 wks pregnant, first tri I was so sick so I wasn't doing much but now I am feeling better. I workout 3-4x per week, mostly lifting (lighter weight, resistance bands and bodyweight) and some aerobics in between

Hi, I'm 24 weeks pregnant. I work out 5-6 days per week. Up until now I was running 10km and speed intervals, rowing, doing plyometric work, kettle bells and TRX and using elliptical. Unfortunately I have just been restricted from impact exercise, exercise that causes increase in intra-abdo pressure and heavy lifting (so no running, rowing, jumping, heavy weights, etc.). I have therefore switched to Barre workouts, light weights (bands, 5 lb), stationary biking and Elliptical. I walk about 5 km a day, but don't count that towards exercise, just normal day.

Will be 8 weeks on Monday. I run between 20-30 miles a week (so at least 5 days a week) strength train 1-2 times a week and love to add a yoga class when I can. I will keep this up and modify as I have to but it really does good for me to be able to still exercise.
I'm still tracking my food and now watching my macros better than I was before.
I'm really uncomfortable with the pound or so I've gained mainly bc I know it isn't baby....just bloat and boobs.....
