Numi is great tea. But it is more expensive. I have food sensitivities though. A lot of tea bags use a paste that has gluten in it. FYI

the reason why im looking for a tea is because i want to alternate .. I drink to much coffee i need something new that im going to enjoy!

First time trying tea. I dont think anything helps in weight lost i think is how much will power a person has.
