I have been doing Cross fit training which is like high intensity weights and cardio. . I find it hard to add exercises which integrate weights and cardio but are high calorie burners. .

Why are you looking for higher calorie burns?
Crossfit workouts are usually relatively short. While they can burn higher calories per minute, the short duration keeps the overall calories fairly low. For the longer WODs, they are usually lower intensity, so lower calories per minute.

Thanks for responding. I'm not looking for higher calorie burners the wods are intense. I'm looking for a way to record the training. As this type of exercise has become very common I haven't seen any crossfit exercises on the list.

Personally I checked the calorie burns for a few different entries like aerobics, etc and picked a number. Then I consistently used that number and evaluated my progress. I would use 200-300 calories depending on how intense the workout was and what the warm up/strength part of the day was.

I'm not sure how accurate it is but the below website has a table for crossfit

    Creationbasedhealth.com/crossfit-calories-burned/

Doesn't give you exercises on here but I'm pretty sure you can add calories burned.

    Good luck
