I'm not up-on all of the more recent exercise trends, though I'd love to give Zumba a whirl! Anyways, I started losing weight originally through tae bo by Billy Blanks. Now that I own two sets, including the T3, I'm back on track.

I was wondering who else did who workouts and what progress have you made? They're hard, I was up this morning working out and I wanted to cry.

I love, love, love Tae Bo! I have been doing Tae Bo off and on since 1998. I have every video except a few. A lot the newer ones. Billy also have PT24/7. I hope to get that in the near future. Not right now.

Sadly, I only have the newer ones which just kick my butt, so I enjoy them. It's hard to get started, though.

I want to try his older videos. PT24/7 looks awesome, but it's too pricey currently. Have you seen any results from using Tae Bo?

I don't do Tae Bo everyday. But, if I can squeeze two days out of the week in, I'll do it. Tae Bo helps with the toning and fat loss.

I also LOVE Billy Blank's Tae Bo workouts. To be honest this is the only type of workout routine I've stuck with. I usually get bored so quickly but this is challenging AND fun, the two most important factors.

I have previously lost huge amounts of weight by doing Tae Bo 3 to 4 times a week. Unfortunately due to my current situation and lifestyle, my weight has starting creeping up again but I know I will definitely lose it all again with Billy's help! Just need to learn to control the cravings & comfort eating. Grr. :)

I am a HUGE Tae Bo fan. I've been doing them for years and still not bored of them. I've only got older ones. Currently I do "Advanced", "Get Ripped" and "Everybody Get Ripped" each week.

    What's the newer stuff like?

I don't have the newer, newer ones, where the same crew from PT24/7 is in.

Have any of you tried Billy Favorite moves, T3, the bootcamp elite series?
