Losing fat and building muscle

I want to slim down my body while building muscle in my butt/abs.. Is that possible? If so how would I do it?

    Of course it's possible. It will take a while but can be done. For slimming down you have to take a look at your diet. Write down everything you eat and focus on getting enough protein in your diet. That will help you with building muscle. You will also need eat less calories than you burn so that you will lose weight. For building muscle you will have to do some strength training, you could aim for 2 - 3 times a week. Aerobic training such as walking will help with the weight loss.
