Has anybody been able to pin down the difference between these two under the exercise log. I clean houses for a living.

If you clean for your job, you should consider that when choosing your activity level in your profile. Then do not add it as exercise or else it will be double counted.0

I own and operate a cleaning service. I clean for 12 hrs some days . I don't log any of it. Its already built in my daily calorie goal and I would be double dipping by logging this. I understand how physically exhausting this job can be, but that's why I have myself set as active instead of lightly active . if its not an intentional workout, I do not log it
I see people on here log things like pushing a grocery cart, cleaning their kitchens , and walking to the mail box , and I do not think any of that should be logged as exercise personally. We all do those types of things daily .0 -

I was thinking the same thing ( whomever bumped this probably had a similar question so it was still worth answering just in case some else wanted to know )0
