1 Year = 95 Pounds


I posted a picture on Facebook a year ago and taking a good look at it, I realized I was well on my way to a series of heart attacks, strokes and a number of other ailments. At 56, it was time to make a change. Like most people, I searched for a calorie counter in the app store and found MyFitnessPal. I've logged in every day for just over a year. I'm not sure how successful I would have been without this app and a FitBit. I've still got about 30 more pounds to go an I have all the confidence in the world that I will get there by year's end. For now, I think I'll go change my profile pic to my "almost after" pic. Here's hoping that you're all successful in your weight loss and fitness goals.
