Effective work out

Hey,

First time posting on these forums I've been going to the gym for the last 2-3 years and been able to keep a steady weight for most of this time. Until recently i went on holiday to america and put on a few pounds and now i'm really struggling to lose it! I pretty much do the same routine every time at the gym and do inanity twice a week. I was just wondering does anyone have a good work out routine that i could follow to help me shift some more pounds. Cardo and weights are good or just one or the other don't make a difference to me. I've spent most the day searching the internet for some but i can't seem the find any. (P.S - My diet is not a problem)

    To lose fat, eat at a slight calorie deficit. Read the first post in the "Diet" forum.
    To stay fit, do both weights & cardio.
