Hi, I'm having a heck of a time finding 1 cup of cubed (cooked) sweet potato with skin.

I even tried to enter my own and edit others

Use a scale for solids. Cups are inaccurate.0

For the entry I highlighted, choose 2 servings of 100g to get the correct nutrient information.

Measuring cubed solids by cup is the worst thing you can do for weight loss. If you start weighing them on a scale you will find many correct entries in the MFP data base as well as elsewhere on the internet.
