Current: 170lbs c2t2t8arbpj0.jpgFrom 2010 to today it's been a slow process for me I'd see progress then go back to my same eating habits and have to start all over again..My goal now is to tone and become strong I'd still like to loose more weight but I'll take muscles over a lower number on the scale anyday... I refuse to start all over again
