Kinda proud of myself.

So, normally when I get completely frustrated and upset about something I turn to junk food. Last night was a really bad night with my pre-teen and I stayed away from the junk!!!! I really wanted it and almost went to the pantry, but then I decided I really didn't need to do that. I've been working too hard lately to ruin it with junk.
Another thing that is kinda exciting. I had someone tell me that I look like I've lost weight!!!!! I had to laugh about it after the fact because after she said it she said, "Not that you were fat". I let her know that I am over weight and know it. That makes two people now that have noticed I've lost weight!!!!

Great job! I was also tempted by a bag of crisps last night...almost went to the kitchen to get them but realised that I didn't need them and then forgot about it!0

Feels great to have someone notice... congrats. Good for you for not turning to food. I did the same on Sat. I got mad at my youngest son and instead of eating or yelling... I left the house and went for a 3 mile power walk. Came home with my head clear and proud of myself. Keep up the good work.0
