I'm looking for FP'S who have fibronyalgia. I'm a fibro mate.

    I was diagnosed with it a long time ago but do not pay attention much as it is kept under control with THC

    I have fibromyalgia and other health problems. I manage it with exercise and diet.

    Yes but not as bad as some. There is also a FM group on MFP.

    Yep, join us on the Fitness with Fibromyalgia group. And msg me to friend if you wish. I eat gluten free to solve the muscle attachment point pain and joint issues as well as IBS & fatigue. Works for me - no meds but Reishi mushroom extract and extra magnesium. You don't have to eat the same way as I do to friend - I'm not pushy about anyone's treatment plan.

    How do I join? I also hv a severe case of fibromyalgia...among other problems.. I wld like help, motivation, encouragement, & friends.
