I'm coming down from 270lbs to 178lbs but there's noticeable sagging(fat) skin only in my belly area, I'm 6"2"" and have a pretty wide frame I've toned everything but belly. Question is should I go lower weight to start gaining lean muscle?

Start lifting now in order to retain your current muscle. If you are 178 @ 6'2" I would say bulking while lifting is probably your best move.

    Start lifting now, imo.
  • Always lift, no matter what your bulk or cut goal is. Change your eating. Skin will sag because you were bigger and now you're not. Building muscle may reduce the sag in time.

I'm 21I've changed my eating, I've been on and off a cut for a while. Have started lifting but cutting (noticed I get drained a lot easier). How long should a bulk last for because I do wanna get lean muscle gains and is following fitness pal caloric intake for that reason recommendable.

I've been slow bulking for nearly two years. I have yet to cut. I just eat slightly over maintenance and lift heavy five days a week. I'm currently 200lbs. I was 165lbs when I started lifting. When I'll cut I will just eat slightly in a deficit (500 cals) or maybe add cardio.
