Hey everyone! So I'm starting bbg 1 tomorrow and was wondering if yoga would count as a LISS session? I'm already a pretty committed yogi and practice hot yoga 3-4x's per week. When I've worn my heart rate monitor, it says I burn between 400-500 calories. I don't want to give up my practice but I also don't want to overdo it. Should I do a 30-40 minute LISS session like walking/jogging and then my yoga class? Thanks!

  • Hi Michelle! So awesome, congrats on starting tomorrow - I can't say enough good things about the program. I am getting ready to start Week 4 tomorrow :) So, do you know where your HR Zone is while you are doing yoga - On LISS days Kayla wants you to be in the Fat Burning Zone, which is the 50-70% range. If you are in the zone then you can totally make hot yoga your LISS <3
