Baby Weight

Hi everyone! Today I am 3 weeks postpartum. I gained a lot during my pregnancy (55lbs), which was very depressing. In the 3 weeks since I've had the baby I have lost 23 lbs. My goal is to reach 125 (10lbs heavier than my prepregnancy weight), so I have 25 more lbs to go. I feel like these last 25lbs are going to be hard to lose. The 1st 23lbs I lost was likely primarily the weight of the baby, placenta, & fluid, which is probably why I lost it so quickly. Any other moms out there w/ experience losing baby weight &/or currently trying to lose baby weight?

    I'm a little late posting but my name is Tori and I'm 7 weeks postpartum from my second child via cesarean. My goal is to lose 60 lbs.

    i gained 50 lbs with this pregnancy and lost over 60 lbs
    you can do it girl <3

    Are you breastfeeding? That's what helped me lose the baby weight.

    Aside from that, be kind to yourself you are taking care of a newborn baby and most likely sleep deprived. Eat healthy, take the baby for walks and enjoy your baby.
