No vitamin B on the log

Cancel my tell me why vitamin B is not logged in MyFitnessPal calorie daily log?

    I think the daily log sticks mostly to nutrients that are commonly found on most nutrition labels. It would be hard to track Vitamin B on MFP, since many foods do not have it on the label, and your intake tracked would likely be inacurrate because of this.

    If you're worried about your intake, you could just take a basic multivitamin to make sure you're covered.

    Yeah... I know that it's in my diet because I eat eggs, bacon, and chicken daily but i just wanted to know an exact number.
