About time to introduce myself

hi all, I'm Josh
I'm a gym newbie been training for around 6-7 months now main goal at the moment is bulking, since starting I have gone from 10st 7 to now 12st, my plan is to reach 13st 7 and the cut down to 13st I'm 6ft 2 and always been the runt of my family, the reason behind the weight gain and training is purely for appearance and general health and already seeing improvements has really helped motivate me as well as using MFP to calorie count ensuing I'm always over my target generally around 100-200 calories over what is suggested,
