Beans, if you can stomach them! I'm a vegetarian so I have a lot of recipes that utilize beans--black beans, pinto beans, red beans, whatever. Soups and stews, chilis, rice and beans, beans in salad, baked beans, all sorts of goodies.

Also, I like those Fiber One cookies; it gives me a little dessert with about 5 grams of fiber, so I don't feel guilty about a sweet treat in the evening.

    Fruits and veggies!

I got 14 fiber in breakfast alone. If you eat your fruits and veggies, you'll hit your fiber goals. :)

Pears! Have one large juicy pear with skin and you'll have eaten a third of your daily fibre :)

I have become a big fan of bean pasta -- that is, pasta that is made from beans rather than grains. It's not super expensive and it is extremely easy, as you can just use it as a substitute for regular pasta. Preparation is the same as normal pasta -- boil and drain -- except you should rinse it after draining. There are a few varieties, but this is my favorite: http://www.explore-asian.com/products/organic-black-bean-spaghetti-6-pack.html

Basically, it's pasta that is high in protein and in both kinds of fiber (soluble and insoluble). I love the stuff.

I generally get plenty from fruit, vegetables, and some whole grains, but it's the days I eat beans that I end up way over.

When I was eating mostly non starchy vegetables as my main carbs I was often a bit low (even though I ate lots of vegetables). Some don't have as much as you'd think.

Mix up chia seeds and ground flax seeds. Add 3 tablespoons of that mixture to an egg. Then make a pancake out of it. I also usually add some cinnamon and Splenda.
