Getting motivated

I am having a really hard time getting motivated. I'm tired of being fat and feeling sluggish but find it hard to get any exercise without getting up at O Dark Thirty to start my long day of commute, work, commute. By the time I make dinner for my wife and I, I am bushed. How do you guys motivate yourself?

Remembering why I decided to start is great motivation for me to keep going. Try meal prepping on the weekend for the week. This will help free up some time for you at night where you can get in a quick 20-30 minute workout before dinner.0

Concentrate on your calories and food first of all - Once you have that mastered and have got to grips with tracking, it may motivate you to enter the next stage and start moving about a little more! Either way, you can definitely succeed and although it can be tough, you can do it! Best of luck!0
