Hi all!

I started T25 in January at 9 stone 1 3/4 and have just finished Beta round on Friday.

I lost 9 1/4 lbs, 4 inches off my waist, 4 inches off my chest, 4.5 inches off my hips and 2.5 off each thigh.

I've still a way to go and my core still has an annoying B shape to it that I think will only go once my body fat percentage is relatively low but I'm really happy with my results so far!

I've moved onto T25 Gamma stage today and also started PiYo but I will be adding that as and when, not every day.

Thank you! Done it slow and steady this time, was aiming to lose 1lb a week and it seems to work as in the past I've lost very quickly and it not shown nearly as much so will have most likely been water weight and muscle mass.

The tape measure has been my friend this time instead of the scales!

No way that's just 9 lbs! If you hadn't said the number, I'd be thinking 15-18 lbs at the least.
