I have been struggling with my weight my whole life, but over the past year have really focused more on the mental side of things, while I have not lost a ton of weight I am feeling better and making better choices.     It's so good to see someone focusing on the mental aspect first and foremost - this is so, so important and many people simply dive in to a diet programme without being ready mentally - you rock! Go get it :)
