I'm on my 2 week I had a party o went to on day I fallen of the wagon I need help get no in the swing of it I feel very sluggish since sat I can't get rid of it xx

    Every day you are on track will reduce the sluggishness if it was caused by bad food choices/overeating. So look forward to tomorrow, the next day, and so on. Put your party day behind you by getting back on track. Otherwise you'll keep feeling sluggish.
