anyone ever try this?
I am OD skinny.
& keep getting skinnier bc eating sucks .
It's hard to eat 2000 of food.

But I seen and heard multiple things of the 8,000 calorie shake...
So I'm gonna try it .

Not 8,000 off rip but maybe 2000 shake then 4000 then 6000 then get on the full 8 in a month or two.

I hate everything bout how I look.
Hate being skinny!!!!!!

eating 2000 calories is not hard!! Have healthy carbs in each meal, dairy, natural juice (easiest calories), and healthy fats. That's a good 2000.

For example: and it's just an example:
Breakfast: glass of orange juice approx 180 cals
A peanut butter sandwich (2 toasts) approx 300 cals
    A banana=110

A snack: a bag of whole wheat chips= 200 cals

Lunch: 1 cup rice =around 200-300 with a side dish (lets say some sauce and potatoes with chicken) around 150-200 cals..

    Snack: Fruit smoothie approx 250-250+

Dinner: A steak with veggies approx 300, baked potato 200

these are examples but if you follow the tip in my first sentence it would be the easiest thing to do:) goodluck and don't worry just try to do some strength training to feel like you're strong and not just skinny. Oh and then you could add protein shakes with your workouts that's an easy >100 calorie drink depending on the brand.

this post screams eating disorder…are you in treatment for an ED? If you are "scared to eat" or think "eating sucks" then you really need to seek out professional help.

    Work your way up.
    What si you enjoy eating?

Make sure for 1 week, eat 500 Calories
    Week 2 600 calories
    Week 3 700 calories
    week 4 800 calories
    Etc...
Eating 100 calories is very simple. A glass of milk, apples, 3 eggs,
there's cottage cheese, , drink coffee w/real sugar ,and cream

Exactly. There are so many red flags in the OP that the logical recommendation is to seek specialized professional help.

It's more so severe depression bc of my relationship and injuries that are taking forever to heal. I barely ever have an appetite anymore!

    This.

Plus, drinking an 8,000 calorie drink is as extreme as being scared to eat.

You really need to speak with a professional. Your life is important, YOU are important.

My sister has... issues with eating too. How we found helping her eat was protein shakes 3x/day with fruits and veggies to taste. Either take a good, strong vitamin supplement too or find a way to add it into the shake. The shake should be easier on your digestive system and mentally. Just try not to think about the calories and such in the shake, but instead focus on how good the shake tastes. I don't know about this 8,000 calorie shake, but you can easily make it at home yourself. I'd start small, about 400-500 calories per shake to see if your stomach can handle it, depending how long you've gone without nutrition. You can do this! :star: And you are definitely worth it!

Also, if you can't afford a therapist or ED specialist then look at bookstores/kindle for depression self help books. Reading helped me get out of a bad relationship and heal. I've now moved 11 hours away from where I was and honestly I've never felt better.

My shakes are only like 200 calories, then I add an additional 200 calories worth of items. I think i could probably "double-up" and eat throughout the day, but I can't imagine 8000 calories in one shake.
